If you've registered on the LMP Forum and have
not received your Forum Registration INFO in your email, read the following:
The source of the problem is most likely due to SPAM blocking software.
Following are some suggestions to resolve the problem:
(AOL users skip to step 4.)
| 1. | Check
to see if the email program you're using
has a SPAM blocking feature turned ON,
and also see if you can adjust it. If you can, choose to ALLOW receipt of mail from: forumadmin@lisamariepresley.com If you can't adjust it, you might want to turn it OFF. |
| 2. | If
you don't have a SPAM blocking feature in your
email program, then most likely the mail server of
your Service Provider (eg. verizon.com or earthlink.net)
has a SPAM blocker installed,
and is reading the email from the Forum as SPAM. To get around this might take some doing, and some patience. You'll have to call your Service Provider and have them "ALLOW" mail coming from: forumadmin@lisamariepresley.com |
| 3. | If
the above turns out to be too much hassle, you could start
a free email account at Yahoo, Hotmail, or many others. The downside with this is that you'll have yet another email account to manage. If you choose get a free account, you might nevertheless have to either ADD the forumadmin address to the account's address book, or teach the account NOT to label the mail from the address as SPAM or JUNK. |
| 4. | For
AOL users, the fix is simple: To your AOL Address book, add the following entry: forumadmin@lisamariepresley.com |
